REFUND AND/OR RETURN POLICY: Refunds are solely at our discretion and will not be given without return authorization, which you can get via phone or email. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT, and only if unused/undamaged merchandise is returned at the buyer's expense. Items excluded from returns/refunds include ANY scented items, ANY made-to-order items, ANY used items, ANY close out items, ANY damaged items, etc. Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds of cancelled orders will also be given in the form of store credit (less 20% restocking fee). Items damaged during shipment will NOT be entitled to store refund, but must be settled with shipping company. Refunds of shipping will NOT be given, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
